Selection and appointment of executive officers of the corporation shall be made by the Board of Directors, and executive officers of the corporation shall serve at the pleasure of the Board. Officers shall be qualified in terms of background and experience to perform the duties required by that office. The balloting or selection method shall be announced to the General Membership list within one day of such selections or appointments and shall also be posted in the minutes of the Board of Directors as specified by these Bylaws, with any preferences, ballots or votes cast by a member of the Board of Directors attributed to each respective Director that cast such preference, ballot, or vote.

  Executive Officers include the following:

  - President

  - Vice President (Optional)

  - Secretary

  - Treasurer

  At any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors, if a majority so requires, any question may be voted upon in the manner and style provided for selection or appointment of executive officers and staff. For all votes called for and cast, the Secretary of such meeting shall post the results in the manner specified as per Article IV, Section 4 of these Bylaws.
