July 1, 2009: Nominations close at 12:00 noon GMT.

July 8, 2009: Last acceptance of nominations by

     candidates will be not later than 12:00 noon GMT.

July 15, 2009: Voting commences 12:00 noon GMT

     and continues for 72 hour period.

July 18, 2009: Voting concludes 12:00 noon GMT for Fall

     elections.
