The TLDA is carefully organized to assure a stable operational leadership while also accommodating frequent opportunity to change out Board and committee members for new people with new talents that become available to the electorate. This is achieved by a rotation scheme for most positions and provision of ample capacity for change of other offices as may be needed from time to time.
